DESIGN THAT REVEALS THE HIDDEN
My process begins by asking why, digging deeper, and empathising with my users. By being an active listener, I can translate my research into opportunities that users may not have recognised themselves, creating services that optimise everyday routines and improve their overall quality of life.
With a strong focus on user research, my strength is putting people first and translating their lived experiences into thoughtful design outcomes that enhance their well-being. By staying connected with users and seeking feedback throughout the design process, I ensure transparency and demonstrate that they remain my highest priority.
Working visually, I find joy in creating warm and welcoming designs that feel comfortable to use and easy to navigate. Blending clean and decorative elements, I aim to create work with personality while maintaining clarity and usability.
My biggest values lay in respect, empathy, curiosity, and adaptability, and defines the way I approach people and connections. Societies needs are constantly changing and complex, design should evolve to rethink existing systems and challenge current assumptions.
Purpose-driven design asks not only what users need, but why a solution matters and how it can contribute positively to society.
My vision is to be a part of this design movement with a mission to include more user groups and diversities.
