With design, one can transform a space of fear, to a space of comfort. “Decision Tarot” is an app using AI tool, designed to help explore user decision-making journey and asking relevant questions to provide personalised support.

The Purpose:
The app is designed for users that need a way to make their decision-making more dependent and less overwhelming. The app don’t make their decisions, the user is encouraged to respond intuitively and make a dependent choice. The guider’s purpose is to create a calm and safe environment for user to process one’s own thoughts when making a decision.

The Impact:
By guiding users through a process of reflection, the app helps them gain clarity on their situation and better understand their own thoughts. Instead of relying on the opinions of others, they are empowered by staying true to their own wants and needs. What sets this app apart from other use of AI tools, is that the app don’t wish to provide new recommendations or definitive answers. Instead, the app encourages users to arrive at their own conclusions.
